FREE SKILL

The Timelapse Reel Generator.

A free skill that watches your footage, picks the best moments and puts your own text on top, built as editable Palmier Pro projects. Pop your email in and I'll take you straight to the repo.

Phone is optional. By adding it you agree Orgrowth may call or text you about this; message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out any time.

You'll also receive my content strategy newsletter with more free breakdowns.

Step-by-Step Guide

Get the timelapse generator

Open the repo

Everything is in one public GitHub repo: the skill, the scripts that cut and build each reel, and an example to copy.

Open the repo on GitHub→

Install it

Paste this into your terminal to add the skill to Claude Code.

git clone https://github.com/orgrowth/orgrowth-timelapse-generator ~/.claude/skills/orgrowth-timelapse-generator

You also need Palmier Pro (a free editor) open on your Mac, plus ffmpeg, yt-dlp and Python with numpy and Pillow. The skill checks all of this first and gives you the exact install command for anything missing.

Run it

Start a new Claude Code session and say "turn my timelapses into reels". It asks for your footage folder, the exact text for each reel and any reference reels you like the look of, then builds every reel in Palmier inside the Instagram safe zone and exports them.
